Lisa Moran

Lisa Ann Moran, 63, of South Amboy, NJ, passed away peacefully, February 8, 2021 at the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge, NJ. Lisa always loved music and movies. Some of her favorites were D. Snyder and Jim Morrison. Lisa enjoyed a life of adventure, as a child growing up in Port Reading, NJ. She enjoyed going to the beach, her biker days, and most importantly she embraced her life as a mother to her son, making many wonderful memories together. Lisa enjoyed cooking for herself and others, she would often take care of those in need and genuinely loved her cats.

Lisa is survived by her son John and his girlfriend Amanda; sister’s, Linda Moran and Laura Moran; brother, John Moran; grandson, Ryder Moran her “Little Munchkin”; niece, Barbara and Bob Deuel and their daughter Nola; uncle, Buddy Seibert, Max Seibert, Aunt Patty Grisar and extended family.

“Mother’s hold their children’s hands for a while, but their hearts forever. I truly never learned what the words “I Miss You” were until I reached for my mom’s hand and it wasn’t there. In life, we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place, no one else will ever fill.”

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Raritan Bay Funeral Service, 241 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy, NJ. Please note, a private family service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 16th. The family has asked all friends that wish to attend the grave side services for Lisa to please meet directly at the cemetery for 1:15PM on Tuesday.
